Real adventure.
No Dilution.
about pathfinder moto
Pathfinder Moto was created out of a lifelong relationship with motorbikes, travel, and the mental clarity that comes from riding in wild places.
The founder believes that riding — particularly when it’s demanding — has a unique ability to reset the mind. Long days on the bike, navigating terrain, dealing with fatigue, and earning the miles, creates space that modern life rarely allows.
Pathfinder Moto exists to make that experience accessible — without diluting it.
Founder led.
Always.
You won’t find
Any ego.
Any shortcuts.
Any unnecessary risk.
our approach
The approach is simple:
Plan thoroughly
Guide calmly
Challenge riders appropriately
Look after people properly
Founder led
Pathfinder Moto is nearly always personally led and guided by its founder, otherwise by one of our small group of hand picked guides - people we’ve shared multiple trips with and know they ‘get it’.
No faceless operations, every route, every decision, and every challenge reflects years of riding, exploring and understanding.
Our Team
ADAM WIGHT
Founder, visionary, adventure creator.
Rumour has it, he’s as happy planning the route as he is riding it. Most content when he’s stuck in a muddy ditch in the middle of nowhere - or a frozen puddle (lake) - ask Matt or Mike about that one!
Previously working in the mountain bike industry, Adam has been a two-wheeled guide for over a decade and he’s easily spent twice as long curating trips for fun.
Pathfinder draws on his event creation skills, and pairs them with his love for mapping routes and passion for delivering a proper adventure.
MATT BAGGS
You’ll either find Matt leading small groups for us or helping out as ‘tail end Charlie’. He’s our part time guide and full time aviation engineer.
If you get to meet Matt, then you’re a lucky human as he’s one of the most inspirational characters we know.
He loves sticking to the route, enjoys a proper lunch stop and will never moan about opening the gates.
Oh and did we mention…. he rides his Tenere T7 World Raid like it’s a trials bike.
MIKE PARSONS
Meet Mike, another of our part time guides who, like Matt, will either be leading or tailing on our trips.
We’re not going to beat around the bush, Mike is here to keep a smile on your face with his wonderfully dry sense of humour and right any upturned bikes, often singlehandedly.
He’s with Matt on lunch stop etiquette and with that, they outnumber Adam…
Oh, and like Matt, he’s seriously handy on a big twin.
